Tattoos have always played a big part in my life. I grew up watching tattoo shows and  my friends and I would constantly have conversations about which tattoos we would get. I personally love tattoos and currently have 6 in total. Today, I am going to be talking about 3 of them and the meanings behind them. 

All of my tattoos are in black ink and single line tattoos which is a controversial style of tattooing, however I did my research and it's a style I personally adore and have for years. 

A Rose- The first tattoo I ever got was a rose on my right ankle. I have always loved roses and have them all over my house. My nana always had flowers in her house and that is where my love of flowers come from. The quote below really grasps the meaning for me. 

"The beauty of this flower expresses promise, hope, and new beginnings. It is contrasted by thorns symbolizing defense, loss, and thoughtlessness" 

Que Sera Sera- This tattoo was a tribute to my grandad who passed away. He would always sing the song "Que Sera Sera," by Doris Day, which translates to: whatever will be, will be. I also love the translation. I'm a true believer that the universe has a plan and we have to go with the flow and whatever will happen will happen. This is located on my left rib.
