Runway Ready - MFW

há 62 meses

The third fashion week of the four big cities is Milan! So for this blog post, I have styled pieces from designers showing during MFW.

For my first outfit, I chose this Fendi monogram bomber jacket. I went for a classic streetstyle outfit, pairing the jacket with an untucked white shirt and black shorts. I then added a black crossbody bag, some black socks, and a leather cap. These sneakers are perfect with this outfit, matching the white, brown and black color palette. I completed the outfit with some simple black hoops. Moving on to my second outfit, I decided to style these statement Gucci monogram thigh-highs. I paired them with a shearling jacket in a similar color, and then a black denim skirt. The t-shirt I chose is extra baggy and sticks out past the hem of the skirt. To accessorize, I layered some necklaces including this Prada one with a heart pendant, and matching earrings then completed the outfit with a mini handbag.

For my next outfit, I chose a smaller brand to style, GCDS. Their mesh bodysuit covered in patches is a perfect piece for the logomania trend and a staple for any streetwear wardrobe. I paired it with another streetwear staple: a pair of black cycle shorts, and added a quilted puffer jacket worn off-the-shoulder. I then added these nylon Prada boots, a leather cap, hoop earrings, and a silver chain necklace. This yellow mini bag adds a pop of color. I then chose this neon orange Prada dress. I went for a statement sporty look, styling the dress with a mesh fishing vest, canvas belt, sporty socks, and heels. I then added a matching orange mini bag and some sunglasses with orange detail.

For my next outfits, I went for more of a glam look. With this brown Gucci slip dress, I added some matching statement sunglasses. For the glam elements of the outfit, I went with a classic chain belt and matching mini bag, layered gold jewelry and some pumps with chain detail. The cream fur stole is great for adding contrast to an otherwise dark outfit. You could swap the stole for a fur coat instead, or even a boxy blazer. Moving on to my next outfit, I could not leave out Versace! As one of Milan’s most iconic brands, it was only right that I styled one of their most iconic pieces, the safety pin dress, famously worn by Liz Hurley in 1994. Keeping the outfit simple, I added some strappy heels with gold detail and a black boxy handbag with colorful hearts and a chain strap. I then added some classic hoop earrings and a black headband.
