In a stark departure from the usual summer trends, one concept that has been spotted on several catwalks recently is bold graphic clothing. I personally love the 80s/90s throwback of this trend, so decided to put together some styling tips!

The Casual
What's easier to throw together than a graphic tank top and a good pair of jeans? Nothing! While this look is simple, it is also infinitely customisable. From the choice of shirt graphic down to the type of shoes you wear and the bag you carry, any look can be pulled off with confidence. One thing you might like to try is pairing a simple graphic tee with a bag that has a complex and colourful pattern!

The Understated
For this look, I chose to pair a graphic item with a more classic silhouette- in this case, a pleated midi skirt with plenty of volume. If you like this trend, but also like a more traditional style, I suggest you try this look out! The print of the graphic item is, again, up to you- I chose this particular skirt because I love showing off my inner cat lady every now and again.

The Glam
This look is one for going out and about! A good graphic dress helps you stand out from the crowd, and can be a real showstopper. You could also try adding graphic accessories to a suit or more causal party look! As long as the colours pop, and you wear the outfit with confidence, you will look great.
