Do you have a pet at your home or do you want to have a pet?

Having a pet is a wonderful idea, but why? Let's talk about that!

Owning a pet definitely has some great benefits, including improved physical and mental health. Also, pets -- especially dogs -- can decrease a person's loneliness. I have a pet! I am studying at university, so I live alone and my dog waits for me while I am at school. He jumps on me when I come home and it makes me feel safe, happy, and special. He always backs me up when I need help. Some people keep spiders and crocodiles as pets in their home! Have you ever had a pet?

Here are some benefits of having a pet:

 Pets help reduce anxiety levels.

 Pets help humans decrease stress.

 Animals make sure that you're never lonely.

 Pets make you feel safe.

 Having an animal can lower your blood pressure.
