Breakups are hard for everyone, when it happens you feel all kinds of things: loneliness, feeling like the world is falling apart and worrying if you'll ever find love again - but you will! It's important not to jump into another relationship so soon, and it's good to deal with it in a healthy way. Here are some tips for dealing with a breakup:

- Hang out with friends. True friends are there for you during the ups and downs of your life. Going out and having a good time with friends is great because they can cheer you up when you're feeling down!

-Cry it out. It's healthy to let your emotions out, and family and friends will be there for you to open up to!

-Stop blaming yourself. Sometimes things just don't work out, and it can be hard to accept, but if the chemistry isn't there, neither is the relationship.

-Self care. Exercise, eat well, take up a hobby, get a new hairstyle! Do the things that make you feel good in times when you're feeling bad.

And when you're feeling ready to enter the world of dating again, take it slow and find the right person! Sometimes it takes a few relationships to find the right one.
