Stardoll is designed to be easy to join and play. However, there are times members may be confused. One source of confusion is misinformation. If someone tells you something, it may or may not be true. Stardoll has several resources to let you find the answers to your questions and help you get the most out of your time on Stardoll.

The first place to look is the official Help section provided by Stardoll Staff. Your question probably has been asked before. Use the search feature to find posts from staff with detailed information.

The newest Stardoll sponsored club is called SupportForum. The club discussions are monitored by Stardoll staff. They personally answer questions and listen to your concerns. If your problem requires personal attention, there is a link in the Still Need Help discussion for you to send a direct message to Stardoll. 

AcademyStar is another Stardoll sponsored club. The discussions provide specific information for those who wish to complete Stardoll Academy. The FAQ discussion covers all the tasks and includes tips on how to use your stardollars wisely. Members help each other get the hearts they need to move on by posting in the pinned Hearts discussion. 

If you are a Royalty member, make sure to visit the Stardoll Royalty club. This club has discussions that cover current concerns and allows members to make suggestions and give feedback.  

My club Advice4newbies is not just for new members. It is a good resource for learning more about social interactions on Stardoll. Whether or not you wish to join you may want to read the safety information in the club presentation.
