The sensational musical “Wicked” is moving off Broadway and onto ABC as an eight hour mini-series. Salma Hayek, who produced of Ugly Betty, now has a new project in the pipeline: producing Wicked, the TV series. However, there’s no word yet for who will be cast as Elphaba and Glinda. Die-hard Wicked fans can rejoice because apparently the script will not be taken directly from the musical, rather it will be based off the original book written by Gregory Maguire.
