How To Find Your Undertone?
Finding my undertone has been so confusing for me in the beauty world. For example, when buying foundation, I only thought about the shade (in some cases, it was the right one) and wondered why it looked ashy. Then I found out about undertone but still had problems finding which one was correct for me. Spoiler: After a long and hard research, I found it, so I'm here to help you.
1. Look at your wrist:
Our veins are dark red but when covered by skin, it's almost blue. The undertone makes the color look different.
Warm/ Golden: If your veins look green, you have a golden undertone because yellow and blue mix to make green.
Cool/ Pink: If your veins are blue or purple, you have a cool undertone and red or pink hues.
Neutral: If you have a neutral undertone, you have a mix of pink and yellow hues and veins appear almost colorless or you can't tell.2. Jewelery:
Warm: Warm undertones compliment gold jewelery and suit colors such as: red, peach, coral, orange, amber, gold, and yellow.
Cool: Cool undertones look great in silver and suit colors like blues, greens, pinks, purples.
Neutral: Neutral undertones can pull off just about any colour from soft pink, bold red to orange and green!Disclaimer: You can wear any jewelery or color you want; these are tricks to help find your undertone!
I hope this helped!
Bye!
