AllDolledUp Advocates Equal Rights

79 måneder siden

Six years. That is how long World War 2 lasted. By now you've learned about the clash of idealogies between Axis and Allied powers and how this ultimately led to the deaths of 50 to 80 million human beings; and that doesn't include the enviromental devastation it brought to the state actors involved.

Three years after WW2 ended, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations in International Law. Every day there are people who have their rights as human beings violated, and this is what leads to hate, and war crimes.

Feminism and Pride Month promote equality and Stardoll has campaigned for this. Opinions and ideologies should not affect how we view equality, because EQUALITY IS NOT DEBATABLE.

A quick Google search will tell you EQUALITY is the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities.

Out of the 30 articles of human rights I’ve researched, I would like to highlight these Articles:

#1 Right to Equality

#2 Freedom from Discrimination

#16 Right to Marriage and Family

#30 Freedom from State and Personal interference in the above rights

Any state actor, nation, institution, or religion whose doctrines conflict with these declared articles, technically violate the rights of humans by definition.

Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Be an advocate for change, and please remember, everyone has a human right to equal treatment.

If you've felt offended by comments that expressed differing views on Pride Month, please keep in mind that everyone has a "moral" and "legal" right to their opinion.

This being said, the human rights declared in the UDHR may NOT be interpreted as implying for any State, person or group in effort to destroy and violate the rights of others.

I hope this post brings many Starblog readers a conclusion to the drama and hate comments seen on other posts.

We all have the right to freedom of speech, to marry with consent, to believe what we want to believe in and to be safe and live with dignity. There are beliefs out there that contradict this or conflict with these words, but as human beings usually we grow and adapt  and learn from our mistakes in order to change. It took a Second World War for a new generation to recognize that.

This generation can make the world a better place if they recognize what should be left in the past and embrace tomorrow with kindness, education, tolerance and acceptance in order to generate peace.
