Chocolate, Healthy!?

Mmmmm..... I do love chocolate. It's delicious, yet can be so unhealthy from all the sugar. However, there are some healthier ways where you can satisfy your cravings for chocolate, and it's easy:


* Chocolate milk - either buy the special chocolate milk, or my favourite way is to add a spoonful of Nesquik to it. Yummy =)


* Dark chocolate - Dark chocolate contains a lot less sugar than milk or white chocolate as it's got more cocoa in it. The fact that it's so bitter also helps against eating too much of it. A great way I like to enjoy it is melting it and mixing it with pomegranate. So good!


* Chocolate covered fruit or nuts - Nuts and fruit are good for you, and fruit contains some natural sugar which can settle your cravings with the chocolate as well. It's also super delicious!


* Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies - probably the least healthy thing in this post, but oats are full of fiber and if you don't add too much chocolate, it's healthier than a regular bar.
