You may have noticed that we have upgraded to a shiny new payment platform! 

Xsolla is one of the most recognized and celebrated payment systems in the gaming industry, known for their 24-hour support and security features! 

In making the switch to Xsolla, we did not reduce the amount of payment options at all. All of the payment providers we accepted before the switch are still available to be used, and we've actually increased payment providers to 700+ options worldwide.

What does this mean for you? This means easier, faster payment options, secure payment, round-the-clock help, and new membership bundles! 

This also means that if you currently have a recurring payment plan with our old providers, that this will no longer renew and you will not be charged again going forward. So if you want to sign up for a new recurring plan, you can do so once your old one has run out. 

We want to celebrate this new plan with a discount offer for 20% more Stardollars when you try out the new payment system this week. You can also see a one time only offer if you sign up for a recurring membership. 

Here is how it works: 

1. Decide which package you want to buy  Under “Superstar,” you will find the recurring Superstar membership that includes 200 SD per month, with a 20% discount on your first month when you sign up. 

Under “Offers” you will find the Stardollar packages, non-recurring, one-time-buy Superstar membership, and occasionally there will be special offers.

2. Choose which payment method you want to use.  Make sure to click SHOW MORE METHODS so you can see ALL the options.

3. Fill in the requested details and finish you purchase. You will get a receipt as soon as the payment has gone through.

4. If you click on your username in the top right corner of the Xsolla paystation, you can manage your subscriptions and check your payment methods.
