Challenge yourself!

Hi dollies!

 

Today's post is about challenging yourself in many different ways.

Recently, I had to challenge myself to do a 27km walk over two days whilst camping for the night. I have never done this before and it was a physical and a mental challenge but I really enjoyed it and I was glad that I completed my challenge.

 

Challenging yourself can be really beneficial, it can show you how much your body can take. It can push you into doing something that you would have never done and it can show you that taking risks can be fun and have positive outcomes.

 

Here are some ways to challenge yourself:

- Learn a new skill, sport or craft

- Try and beat a world record

- Do a marathon

- Raise a certain amount of money for your chosen charity

- Push yourself to exceed your goals

- Do something that you have always wanted to do!

- Overcome a phobia

 

Challenging yourself only works if you are mentally prepared.
